Terms of use
What the comparison service does, what it does not do, and what anyone may expect of it.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of oryziah.com, an offer comparison service specialising in perfumery, cosmetics, skincare and haircare.
Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, simply do not use it.
The service is open to the public. The catalogue grows as new retailers are integrated.
2. Access to the service
Access is free of charge and requires no account. Connection costs and the necessary equipment remain your responsibility.
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Professional use of the data presented is covered by section 14.
3. How the comparison service works
The service gathers offers put forward by third-party retailers and presents them so that they can be compared. It then directs you to the site of the retailer you choose.
The comparison service does not cover the entire market. It presents the offers of listed retailers for which publication is authorised. A product may therefore exist elsewhere at a better price without appearing here.
4. Origin and updating of information
Information comes from sources whose use has been authorised for this purpose: retailers’ product feeds, affiliate network feeds and interfaces, or data provided under a partnership.
It is collected periodically, not in real time. Where the information is available, the date of the last collection is shown with the offer.
5. Prices and availability
The prices and availability shown correspond to the last collection and may have changed since.
Only the price, availability and terms shown by the retailer at the time of the order are authoritative.
Delivery charges are shown separately from the product price where they are known. Where they are not, this limitation is stated and charges are never presented as free.
6. Ranking of offers
Offers are ranked according to objective criteria announced to the user, principally price. Where delivery charges are known for all the offers being compared, ranking is by total price; otherwise by product price, with that limitation stated.
Any remuneration received through affiliation plays no part in that ranking. See the Affiliation & transparency page.
7. Affiliation
Some links may be affiliate links: a purchase made after following one of them may give rise to a commission paid by the retailer or its network. That commission does not increase the price you pay.
Affiliate programmes are active, and a commission may be received on the terms described above.
8. Redirects to retailers
By choosing an offer, you leave oryziah.com for the retailer’s site. That retailer’s terms then apply, including as regards personal data.
9. No direct sales
oryziah.com sells no product. It is not a party to the contract concluded between you and the retailer, and plays no part in payment, delivery or after-sales service.
10. Liability
The site undertakes to use reasonable means to ensure that the information presented is accurate and up to date, in particular through automated checks intended to discard manifestly erroneous values.
It cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy, completeness or permanent currency of information produced by third parties. A guarantee of that kind would not be tenable, and the service does not claim it.
Any claim relating to an order, a payment, a delivery, a warranty, a return or a refund is a matter for the retailer concerned.
These provisions neither intend nor operate to exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual property
Editorial content and the elements specific to the site are protected. Third-party trade marks, names and images belong to their owners; their presence serves only to identify the products and retailers concerned.
Third-party images and descriptions are displayed only where their use is authorised for this service.
12. Availability of the service
The service is provided as is, with no undertaking of continuous availability. It may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, development or in the event of a technical incident, without notice or compensation.
13. Reporting an error
Inaccurate information — a price, availability, the attribution of a product, the use of a trade mark or an image — may be reported to contact@woutils.com. Reports are examined and the correction is made where it falls to the service.
14. Automated use of the service
Normal browsing of the site, including by search engine robots and accessibility tools, is free and welcome.
The following, by contrast, are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- systematic or bulk extraction of all or a substantial part of the site’s content;
- their commercial re-use without prior authorisation;
- the use of automated tools causing abnormal load or disrupting the operation of the service;
- circumventing the technical restrictions in place;
- any attempt to access non-public parts of the service, its administration interfaces or its internal data.
Technical and organisational protection measures are in place and may, in the event of manifestly abnormal use, lead to access being temporarily limited. The service never returns deliberately false information: a limitation results in a refusal to answer, never in a false answer.
The robots.txt file expresses crawling preferences addressed to robots. It constitutes neither a security measure nor, in itself, a legal authorisation or prohibition.
Professional use of the data, including automated use, may be considered within an agreed framework: write to contact@woutils.com.
15. Amendments to these terms
These terms may be amended to reflect changes to the service or to the applicable framework. The version in force is the one published on this page, as at the date shown at the top of it.
16. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority via contact@woutils.com before any legal action.
